well you could use Electro city imaginator you can change screen colors, brightness saturation etc and add effects its pretty good =) also those mods what ive listed all works, well with FOOK you need to have all addons (Honest Hearts, Dead Money etc.) that u can use FOOK DLC esms / esps, game crashes at startup if you dont have addons and use those files.

it is Fellout - it changes sky , making it much blue and less yellow.

i think its Nevada Skies v06 mod i havent tested it yet properly but sky looks better with it and also inside house lights are awesome :D i havent figured out yet how to apply weather effects even ive made settings for them.

Still adding vendors, NPC guard patrols, doing interiors on the houses, and working on the building interior... which will have more vendors, some small quests, etc...

wow i knew there was people building at searchlight airport but that much already :D well mine wont be anything like those tough :P even so ive used GECK only 2 days lol time what ive done that mod so my work is bit slow as im new at GECK and im doing it alone. And if anyone who has used GECK alot before could give me some help i need to know couple things about NPCs.

Yeah, putting a farm in there, but mostly just vendors and housing. All the basics; Weapons, armor, doctor, general stuff, crafting supplies and specialty items (scrap metal, Repair Kits, etc), and some small quests, but nothing too intense.

And don't forget I'm doing all the interiors :P. But yeah Dave and I have been working on this for a while. Dave by the way I've been talking with Maxl on IRC and he's working on this SICKKKK hotel mod for searchlight that would fit nicely with ours.

So we should consider that and anyone else who has good ideas for places other than searchlight airport for multiplayer. I think if the community of modders looking forward to vaultmp works together we can make some sick places for us to inhabit when we finally get to play mp :D.
