Should VaultMP Sync quests or let them be independant?

This is a discussion thread.
I would want to ask everyone what you guys think about this question.

Should VaultMP sync the quests like if everyone are the same (which means if one person finishes a quest, others cannot do it).
Or make a quest system just like other online MMORPGs? Like everyone can do the same quests? (Like Runescape/Maplestory)?

I personally think it should create a quest system just like MMORPGs...
What you guys think?

So far I know VaultMP will not do this maybe Recycler will do something that it's made possible..
I am for both that is VaultMP.
