Fatal error failed to connect to server

Hi

I'm trying to test a new script i wrote but when i run a server even without the script i get
the fatal error failed to connect to server

I'm using port 25565 because i forwarded that on tcp for another game
do I need to do a udp forwarded on the same port as well ?
and i keep getting the readout on the command concole lost connection to masterserver (46.163.119.217:1660)\

as a side note i can connect to other people's fallout3 server but again not mine 0_0

UDP is for game(most important) TCP for the fileserve so yes you should.
That is strange you should always be able to connect to the master server even with your ports closed.(I can) Maybe the server was down for sometime.

ok i fixed the issue with it not connecting to the master server it was my anti virus blocking the connection
