Can you still host Oblivion servers?

I saw an old(ish) video of how to host a server and notice that Oblivion was a game option, is it still possible to host an oblivion server? if yes, how? thanks in advance.

You can't Oblivion is not supported anymore the last version is revision 147 the animation is really laggy and it's buggy.
