2. Are you sure you got the latest version and how do you know.
3. Steam version?
4. Do you have the latest NVSE version do you even have NVSE?

Uninstall your game and reinstall it update it to the latest english patch to be sure. Don't install any DLCs and mods they are not supported.
Warning: Your load order is fuckt up! Falloutnv.esm should always be first!!!!!!!!! <-- this have nothing to with VaultMP.
