I cannot read the list servers

Guys,I have a little problem,when i open the vaultmp.exe in the directory of Fallout 3 it is open whitout problem but when i click the button "master query",the list of the servers not appear.
I have done all the requirements to play but the list not appear.
Hope you can help me...please.
