Freeze on loading.

Sorry for my bad english...
Game freezes on loading. Can be closed only by task manager.203 In log we can see repeating lines:

[2013-04-14 00:22:25] Constructing packet of type 13pContainerNew, length 97, type 149[2013-04-14 00:22:25] Constructing packet of type 10pObjectNew, length 88, type 147

And it stops repeat, when I close the game.
4.0.525, steam, nvse beta 9, latest ver of vaultmp.

Yes, clean. I found reason. If game crashed, one task don't close. Something like anysrv.exe or srvany.exe. If I close this task before starting game, then my problem gets out to its hood(russian joke:D).
