How to start the server on Linux?

Hey!
Im no novice on Linux but im by no means a pro. Im having some trouble launching the vaultserverd (I have downloaded the linux server) is the server made in .net in which case Id need Mono? I tried launching it by ./vaultserverd but I just get a command not found erorr.

./vaultserverd should be fine. Make sure that you have the rights to execute it (check with ls -l ./vaultserverd).
