Hello, I've try to play VaultMP, but there is a problem... how am I suposed to open my pip-boy ?

The easiest way to do this is to open the console using ` and then type in the codes:
player.additem 00015038 1
player.equipitem 00015038

Then press F1 and your PIP-BOY will open up
