How to run a Master Server?

The default one (VaultMP.com) doesn't work, telling me it lost connection (unless that's from closed ports? I dunno) And I noticed a "Master Server" application. But, of course, when I open it, it freezes on "Initializing RakNet". Am I supposed to move the master server file, download something? I'm quite confused.

it actually doesn't freeze after "Initializing RakNet". Just leave it running, no more configuration needed.
