Weird Error

Very strange error when I try to join my server:

"The procedure entry point _iBlindImage@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout3\vaultmp\CEGUIDe vILImageCodel.dll"

1. What platform do you use windows 7/8 XP?
2. How did you install Vaultmp tell it step by step.
3. When does the error happen.
4. Do you use scripts on the server? If the answer is yes, does it work without the script?

Windows 8. I installed it manually; Extracted everything to the main game folder like it told me too. The error happens right after I join my server, the launcher closes and it pops up. However, when I press okay, it continues; It goes in-game, on the loading screen basically saying there is no objective and everything else as unknown. Then, the game loads, and as soon as I can take control, it crashes, saying "Game interface suddenly lost" (Not exactly what it said, but more or less.) The file it references in the error is definitely a VaultMP file, making me believe it's a programming error. There are no scripts running other than the default ones required to run the server.

Issue fixed! It was my game installation, i just had to do a fresh install.
