Don't you have admins for that but there are people who just send messages word for word.. Or really fast or with a joke.. I don't know but there are reasons why many games don't have anti flood.

That is something else then anti flood:p
Anti bad laung but yeah can be a good idea.. But maby not for role play.
Maby they can make it for really bad words!

Do you mean censor words? It's good, but you must know Fallout is harsh game, full of badass, raiders and curses are normal in this world. That feature will be interesting but imo it is not very necessary.

Censoring, anti advertising, and spam protection will all be possible in a server's script. I'm not sure how long until the callbacks will be completed.

Correct but, I hardly see any callbacks being implemented :(
