I have used the search already but still cant find it but is there any chat feature to chat with others in the server?

Also, I am on a server, on that's on the master list for New vegas. I join without any clothes and when i try to look at the PIPBOY, its just the bare arm. Any fix for this or am i only able to walk around for now?
