How do I sync my saves?

I've been trying to make a server all day today and I did that but i need to load my save.
Can I get some help please?

sync my saves? You mean the default.fos? The default.fos is in your vaultserver/saves/fallout3 folder.

And after you open your fallout 3 the game auto-loads the default.fos while in the loading, and I think servers are off.
