NVSE not found?

Hello, i tried to launch VaultMP for Fallout New Vegas. I unzipped the files in my Fallout NV folder but it kept saying that i don't have NVSE even though i have it. I tried downloading the newest version but it keeps saying it. Help?

Hello there!
To be able to run vaultmp you must have this release of NVSE
https://nvse.silverlock.org/beta/archive/nvse_2_beta9.zip
