No FNV Downloaded?

Okay me and my friend started getting the Vaultmpd, everytime we open it however it seems to say that Could not find either New Vegas, Fallout 3, or TES:Oblivion downloaded.

If anyone can point me to a Tutorial or assist with new time starters... please do.
