why my characters dont save in my server? every time i start again, and again what's wrong? :D

Multi player games don't save data in the same way single player games do. At least, not most of the time. Characters should get saved server side. I've only briefly dabbled with the scripting functionality so have no idea if this is possible yet.

tl;dr - You aren't doing anything wrong.
