What is VaultMP?

Well what i read so far it sounds like a mod for Fallout 3 and NV where people can play with other people in-game. It sounds like a lot of fun but i don't think i am understanding this right. It would be helpful if someone could tell me more about it, and yes i have read the news and the wiki and stuff but i would love to know more about from people who have tryed it from first-hand.

Again, there are hundreds of post about this. You can "play" if you wanna call it thereby, but you can't do nothing at the moment. Just ugly player sync, that's all gameplay features at the moment. So wait until Recycler release the next version, which will be more stable and maybe we'll be able to do something.
