I found this forum today and I don't know what is it. Is it forum about Fallout 3/New Vegas multiplayer mod?
Is it really?
How can I get this mod?
Can I play online with my friends on my own server?
When it will be finished?

Yes, it's a multiplayer mod for Fallout 3 / Fallout: New Vegas in development. You can't actually play, but you can test the current alpha version if you want ;) I don't know when it will be 'finished', but it may take several more months for a stable and official alpha release to come out.

Where is this thread. The directions in the wiki for setting up a server are incomplete. I've ran through the forum twice now, found a dead link in a post that vaguely looked like it might have led to something useful (https://www.vaultmp.com/index.php?topic=4.0), but that's it.
