FalloutNV.exe is either corrupted or not supported

I can Seem to get it to work!, i have tried to update it with everything. i dont have steam. is that why it's not working?, i dont know what is the latest patch for New Vegas so i could Manually Patch it.

If you don't have steam I assume you have a cracked copy...in which case you need "update 7" to get you to version 1.4.

I used nvse 2 beta 9 and r129 of vaultmp, and was successful...
