Need help with fallout new vegas online

Well i have been surfing around the internet to find a fallout new vegas online mod i found out of about this VaultMP, And then i downloaded the revision thinking thats the client, well i installed it to my fallout newvegas directory located through steam as allways and i launched the program, i looked around and i couldent find any servers a little help please?

1. I believe you downloaded a older version the latest version is alpha vaultmp 0.1a snapshot "Gary 1"
2. The master server is offline and will stay offline for now.
