How To Join Server

Hi everyone!I downloaded all files to play Vault-Tec MP.It works nice.But I can't see any server.Master server set to vaultmp.com.Servers are offline?Or I did something wrong?My Fallout 3 is not original.

The Vaultmp.com master server is offline.

I'd post and article detailing this, but until I get word from recycler I cant post accurate information as i'd like to explain why its offline, and when it will be back online.
