Welcome aboard, there is a thread informing how to connect, and setup a server. However, this mods in alpha stage and has minimal features.

Yes, it's a multiplayer mod for Fallout 3 / Fallout: New Vegas in development. You can't actually play, but you can test the current alpha version if you want ;) I don't know when it will be 'finished', but it may take several more months for a stable and official alpha release to come out.
Do I need to orginal version of New Vegas?

Where is this thread. The directions in the wiki for setting up a server are incomplete. I've ran through the forum twice now, found a dead link in a post that vaguely looked like it might have led to something useful (https://www.vaultmp.com/index.php?topic=4.0), but that's it.
