How to set up the server?

I have some problems with setting up my dedicated server.

My default.fos is in the right folder, but vaultserver.exe cannot find it. I tried to run as a administrator, but it not helped. Any ides how to solve it?

Change the line save=fallout3/default.fos to save=default.fos next created a map named saves place the default.fos in there and it should work.
