I watched a video on how to install the mod and he had different files, i realized he had "Gary 1" but i was wondering if i needed the same file structure as he had. EG. he had a folder called "vaultserver" with other folders in it, and "vaultmaster" with the vault master .exe in it.
Yes that is still in the same way, but you download everything separated now.

It's as easy as extracting files into a folder.
Client: extract everything into your game folder, run vaultmp / vaultmpd. Optionally edit vaultmp.ini
Server: extract everything just somewhere, run vaultserver / vaultserverd. Optionally edit vaultserver.ini
That's it. You don't have to setup your own master server, no more savegames.
