I hate that theme i am sure i can make something better.

We're not here to have a futuristic forum, a simple design to keep stuff clear would be nicer. I recommend a style that SA-MP had made.

I can make a logo if you have some idea of what you'd like. It's really hard for me to make a logo without some direction.

Ok i need help, real bad. So i have done every the WIKI has said, every thing. I have the script extander, the files are where the aree sopposed to be, i dont get it! When i run the launcher, it comes up. Thats it, what next? I have done what the wiki said, i cant update, what ever i press, its just blank. So please tell me what to do next, i just dont get it :/

Wrong thread, but nonetheless...

Is the game a fresh install? Sometimes mods can interfere with each other, so try that. As for the Wiki, the installation guide is a bit out-dated, but Aleksander has written a little app that should install the mod correctly, located here. When you launch VaultMP.exe, you're supposed to click Master Query and get a list of the servers, but I'm currently not either, so I think the servers are down.
