So every time I join my server I get prompted with this error [Loading of world (0000003c,-4,-4) failed (timeout of 60000 reached for future value retrieval)] I've already Upped my inittime! What do I do I'm running Gary 2.8 on windows 7!

I did EVERYTHING! and i still get that stupid little fuck ass error! I even up my Init-time to like 5,000,000 and it just loaded the game not online If you could help me i would think of you as the guru of all gaming but I'm only saying that because I'm pretty sure this shit is unfix-able! and that is why i was asking for earlier versions previously! If you could help you would be a god to me thank you for your help in the future!

Actually it is fixable =3 just calm yourself down.
"5,000,000" wont load it online instantly, it will take that amount of time.
Older versions WILL NOT work. AT ALL. The master will not support it.
Let me try and run VaultMP as I just restored my PC. I will update this post with news.
UPDATE:
I just installed VaultMP fresh, no other scripts or anything, inittime=9000 on 127.0.0.1 and I could join just fine. But I have had your problem before, I just can't remember how I fixed it.
