No the official server is offline and will stay offline. I don't know any open servers i believe there are non.

Stop... But i see what max. players on server 32 but in Hamachi max players 8 and how i can play with 32 players?! I want create Russian server ^_^

You can set the max to 32 but it will never work or really really laggy i recommend max 3 players in this stage of VaultMP.

I have problem.. I on my server and i see what i dont have PiP-boy 3000 how i can get him?!
