    Needs more details on server requirements, plus information such as how many cores the server application can support.

    Please note: the mod is in early alpha stage. You need a decent level of computer knowledge to install / set it up at the moment. It is not released for production, just for testing by experienced users.

    If it works it works if it does not work to bad.

    The server even runs on a Raspberry Pi. Approximate requirements:

    32MB RAM
    700MHz

    Most important is a good upstream bandwith.

    I see. Is this capable of LAN-level networks, or does the master-server setup require access to the internet?

    Place the vaultmp folder, Data folder and xlive.dll inside your main game folder where fallout3.exe is.
    If this doesn't work you maybe got a illegal version of the game regedits are broken try to reinstall the game or a get a legal copy.

    Exclamation

    @lazr56:
    I had this problem too. The soultion is quite simple. The vaultmp.exe is asking for a fallout3.exe, but i didn't have a fallout3.exe but a fallout3ng.exe.
    So i copied the fallout3ng.exe and renamed it to fallout3.exe. Now it works fine.
