It's not his decission to make it slower. He has to study and this is a complex project. Also he is practically alone with the programming part (counting some help about GUI and other things...).

HI all im newbie and i dont know how play in multiplayer i doing all: Install Fose and Install Russian Patch 1.7 (Because i Rus))) Да да Русский)) And i Desable Windows Live. I on Vaultmpd.exe and.... nothing any one server!!!! I write in Master MasterServer and press Master Querry and anything.... what i must do? And sorry For my Eng language ^_^
