I like what you are doing Dantikio, but this is still the task of the admin/mods.
So a worthless topic.
That is why it is on the suggestions area, if they think those rules shouldn't be followed then delete the topics.

Can you not make 1 topic where you tell your idea's.
3 topics for organization, in case they want to re-use them, and some new smileys would be nice.

Like Volumed said, this kind of thread should be setup by the admins once we get a rule set setup, and it probably doesn't belong in the Suggestions board. With that in mind, I'm locking the thread, pending deletion.
