1. Does the game work for him when he starts the game without vaultMP?
2. Does he have mods installed?
It will be not easy to help with out a error code try to find one in a log maby. VaultMP is still in the alpha stage and there are many bugs and i can not help without a error code. :-)
Actually, as already said, doesn't vaultMP got a mod manager included?
