    Question How do you get NPC's in the world?

    I set up a server for new vegas but there are no npc's, do I need to do something in the server config?

    npcs are currently disabled

    there are some synchronization problems - i think npcs are disabled until those problems are solved

    There is no problem, they are just not made yet.
    This can still take months maybe years.
