first of all i got a level - then increased my explosives skill, talked to Burk and put the charge inside the bomb. after as in single player game...

heheheheeheeheh. Though I think that this quest will be taken out sooner or later due to the destruction of Megaton and such. Actually, Shouldent we not be able to talk and/or get quests anyway? xD
