So, I get back and decide to mess around with the updated EX script. And I can't seem to host with the vaultmp.com master server. Has it been taken down with the lack of activity?

Yop, has been taken down, sorry. But you can still host your own of course (just need to launch vaultmaster.exe and use 127.0.0.1 as address in the client)
