I have an issue with a hamiachi server

The server i created is fine to my knowledge, can connect and everything. The issue is with my friend. The server i have doesn't show up in the list, opened his ports and everything still no change. I said ill let him make the server, when i opened his vault server.exe in the windows folder it gave an error. It said something along the lines of "send to code -1 vault mp error at thread 1478 at character 5" I have no idea what to do, tried reinstalling same thing.

You use hamachi then you started about that he port forwarded? Uhm, are you sure you know what you are doing I don't believe so..
First you never have to port forward when you use hamachi he not and you.
I give you a step list what to do with some questions you have to answer I will start from the basic.
    1. Install hamachi
    2. Restart your computer
    3. connect to hamachi
    4. Created a channel with name and pasword
    5. Make sure your friend joined the channel and you can see him in the list.
Question time: Does he have a green round ball before hes name and no exclamation mark anywhere!
    6. Go to vaultserver/saves/fallout 3/
    7. Copy Default.fos and go back to vaultserver/
    8. Open vaultserver/windows created a map saves place the default.fos in that map
    9. open vaultserver.ini go to the line master=127.0.0.1 change it to master=(hamachi ip here) and next go to line line save=Fallout3/default.fos change it to save=default.fos
    10. done save it!
    11. open vaultserver.exe
    12. Go back to your main game folder go to vaultmaster/ open vaultmaster.exe
    13. DONE WITH THE SERVER
    14. now open vaultmp.ini in the main game folder go to the line master=vaultmp.com change it to master=(your hamachi ip here) save it!
    15. open vaultmp.exe click master query select your server and click Synchronize
    16. YOU ARE DONE
----- What your friend should do
    1. open vaultmp.ini in the main game folder go to the line master=vaultmp.com change it to master=(your(not hes) hamachi ip here).
    2. open vaultmp.exe click master query select your server and click Synchronize
    3. HE IS DONE

If you used the nightly build you should say that I'm not clairvoyant and I will not fix or answer your question in a new post

Hey well apparently no one can connect to my server, or the people joining just don't feel like it lol... I'm wondering if we could troubleshoot this. I know i did everything on the instructions you gave me accurately, I can see the server and connect, however since the others aren't joining, im assuming they can't see it. I have port 1770 open along with 1660 and currently using 1660 however. The hamachi program allows me to connect to other games fine and host them.

You can see in your server client if people are connecting with a error if something is going wrong.

I believe the server isn't visible to anyone but myself, hence no errors.
