It can be possible, but i don't see the reason.. It's better that is possible to put a server in your favo.
If the people is having hard time in finding the server of a friend(in which they never played on), or they couldn't see the server on the server list.

The next version has something like that. You can write IP addresses of known servers to the vaultmp.ini file, and the mod will automatically add them to the server list then:
