Thread: WoW - Looking For 4.2.2 Developers (Read)

Re: WoW - Looking For 4.2.2 Developers (Read)

I will state a few things quite simply. I have had a private WoW server before. They are quite buggy no matter what you do and unless you know and have damn good coding skills, most of the quests wont work and/or exist. Also, if you say lawsuits have no been successful, perhaps you should read more. While Blizzard has not been able to get the owner's of the servers, they were able to get the server hoster's service terminated, ISP's to discontinue service to the servers and so on. It also can be quite boring when you think about it. Unless you have a few hundred people, it would just be a few people grinding. There wouldn't be any huge raids, auction house would not work too great cause of a few amount of people. Lastly, having a private WoW server IS ILLEGAL! so I recommend not talking about it on the forums here as we are trying to stay legal with everything

[/quote]I see more then one flaw with your "paragraph".
1: Almost all the quests work on EVERY repack.
2: Your REPACK MUST HAVE SUCKED when you say nothing worked.
3: Trying to stay legal with everything on here? Are you a worker of blizzard? SUCK IT.
4: There would be huge raids and a good AH. Your a failure, Thats what most people do private servers, so they can play the game without paying for it.
5: And you say its "illegal" hahahhahah XD omg.. kid you fail. how about you go read a blog.

    1. I actually don't play WoW anymore
    2. I'm not from blizzard
    3. This was back a few years ago so they may finally be working
It's illegal and im not saying this because im from Blizzard cause im not, i'm saying this because talking about/doing illegal things on the forum is against the forum rules but I'm sure you read the wiki and the rules that have been established so you must be aware of that already.

The forum has no rules yet, just don't be an ass and don't talk about piracy
Also, I think he was referring to SynHD about the "go fack yourself".
Could Farlo or Genocyber or Recycler lock this thread?

I'd been debating whether or not to lock it just based on the fact that this is the off-topic board, but seeing as how it's turned into you guys raging at and insulting each other, I'll lock it.

I'd like to also note that although Dantiko is correct, the rules aren't "set" yet, they're still taken as guidelines, at least for myself. If anyone would like to comment/contribute to the rule set, please hop on the Wiki and do so, it'd be much better to have the lot of us decide on the rules than just me drafting them.
